Tomoya is a Research Fellow at the Harvard Center for International Development, where he works on the Targeted Instruction Program and LEAPS longitudinal study projects. Before joining Harvard CID, he worked as a research associate at Pomona College. Tomoya holds a BA in mathematics from Pomona College.
