Hamna Tariq leads the Education portfolio at CERP, overseeing a growing portfolio of four research projects with over eight affiliated researchers and a cumulative budget of USD 2 million. She manages high-level policy engagement with federal and provincial government stakeholders, as well as national and international partners, including the World Bank, J-PAL, IGC, EdTech Hub, ADB. Currently, she leads the Pakistan country research team for the FCDO-funded What Works Hub for Global Education, working to turn rigorous evidence on foundational learning into actionable policy and practice.
Hamna holds an MPhil in Education Leadership and Management from the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and has extensive experience in research design and field implementation.
